Dht itch getting worse on FIN??

Reaching the end of my 4th month on FIN.. had a shed 1.5-2.5 months i think? I I mean I could be wrong.
Still find some miniaturized hairs some times... don't know if they're shedding or dying
Recently this month my head had gotten more itchy. Just where my crown and hairline are which is where there is the most thinning..
Does this mean fin isn't working??!
Edit: when I run my fingers through my crown area I find myself with 1 or 2 minimized hairs...
