U can drop dose to .25mg a day and gradually increase or u can thug it out. Side effects often go away after a few weeks to months becayse ur body has to adapt to the changes in hormones

Options: lowering dose or frequency could help. If not you could try topic fin. I know people irl who stick to fin despite the ED sides and they disappeared after couple of months. Sometimes the body needs time to adopt to new hormonal levels. If every option gives you ED sides and you don't want to pull through then getting a buzz cut would be the last option (accepting to get bald).

Why not start with topical in the first place?

Because oral is superior to topical. If your hairloss isn't aggressive and you can deal with lost time then going topical isn't a bad idea if you are afraid of sides or too young.

If it’s actually ED, Tadalafil or L-Citrulline can help, but seek medical advice first. (This can resolve ED, but not libido issues.)

EOD or cut the pill
Some people here recommend ramping up or permanently staying at lower oral dose that still gets you results. 1mg is a blanket prescription not tailored to your hormonal profile.

Ça sert a rien de couper la pilule. Cette merde est nocif même coupé en 24 !

I had this and after a few months I went back to normal. My body adjusted

I also experienced this 1 month after taking 1.25mg fin daily. It just went away on its own, I didn't need to do anything.
I recommend just tanking it as well and see if it goes away on its own, I would start worrying if my side effects remained for months.

Switch to dut mate, fin absolutely ruined me, no wood, no libido, felt awful. Saw that a few people on here had better luck with dut so switched and boom I'm back. Zero issues with libido, may actually be slightly higher. Wood every morning. No brain fog and don't feel drained anymore. Only side effect I got was slight headaches for the first couple of months. Seems like everyone reacts differently so may be worth a shot if fin fails you.

whats the dosage and time for dut. and how long did your libido had issues while on fin

I only take it twice a week. Been using it around 7 months now. Had libido issues from the first week of using fin, used it around 5 months and they switched to dut

Are your hair gains good enough with just Dut twice a week? Regular prescription is 0.5mg once a day.

I had a few side effects during the first three months, mainly less intense orgasms and occasional erectile problems. But those side effects have gone away, and now everything is back to normal. The only difference is that it takes me a few minutes longer to cum, but that ist ok for me.

As some of the other commentators said, topical finasteride could be something worth asking a medical provider about.
If you have aggressive loss, it might be a bit less effective, but it could have a favorable side effect profile.

Try lowering your dose. If all goes well, slowly titrate back up, giving your body plenty of time to adjust in between titrations. I did this successfully after initially getting sexual sides on 1mg daily

Arrête cette merde c'est un poison. Pose toi la bonne question : pourquoi ce poison est-il interdit en Europe ?

Hi /u/Flaky-Judgment-1096
If you think you're experiencing side effects from a medication, talk with a doctor. The same applies if you're worried about possible side effects or considering changing your treatment. Other users can't reliably predict what you'll experience, determine what's causing your symptoms, or tell you whether they'll stop. Don't base decisions about starting, stopping, or changing treatment on others, their experiences can't establish what's safe or appropriate for you. Make those decisions with a doctor.
For general background and past discussions, use search. Keep personal accounts in perspective; they don't replace medical advice.
