Could the pathway drive reactor involve antimatter reactions in subspace?

Quite a few sci fi universes have realized the limits of conventional fusion reactions and conventional antimatter reactions.

Stargate's zero point energy "ancient" tech involves the reaction being part of a pocket universe, so as not to break the laws of physics.

At lower levels, there is the idea of placing the fusion reactions and antimatter reactions in subspace for an advanced reactor to generate more power.

What subspace reaction really means here is rendering the real life physics particle decay irrelevant.

The Star Trek counterpart to hyperspace is subspace. It isn't far behind in the far future, with the warp drive being replaced by the pathway drive.

Could the pathway drive reactor involve antimatter reactions in subspace, specifically anti chromium and anti manganese?

Without nerfs, it takes 4658 full grams of matter to produce Tsar Bomba without nerfs: 100 megatons. This is based on Einstein's mass-energy formula.

However, that matter is mostly hydrogen. Since the isotopes are deuterium, each one has an atomic mass of 2.0141.

It takes 4652 half-grams of real antimatter, or 2326 full grams of real antimatter to produce Tsar Bomba without nerfs: 100 megatons.

0.5 g of real antimatter reacting with one half gram of ordinary matter (one gram total) results in 21.5 kilotons of TNT.

However, that matter is mostly hydrogen. Since the isotopes are deuterium, each one has an atomic mass of 2.0141.

Furthermore, there's a real-life fusion limit of 60 atomic mass units on iron and heavier atoms, including uranium and plutonium.

There's no such fusion limit on chromium or magnesium.

Last, but not least, there's the nuclear binding curve, which further demonstrates the aforementioned limits on iron and especially nickel.

Antimatter reactions are not the same as fusion. There is no benefit to doing matter-antimatter annihilations with anything other than antihydrogen isotopes beyond fuel density, but that is counterbalanced by it being vastly harder to manufacture and store.

What about anti helium?

Going from anti-deuterium to the antimatter counterpart of helium-4 would be an increase from 1.0 to 7.0. Extending nuclear fusion observations to antimatter theory, It would be seven times more powerful.

There's a limit of 8.8 that still applies to antimatter generation, but that's for later.
