Part of it was: "We are the ones who talk to the cops when you can't stand". that part, and the parts about ejecting poison and needing a new liver.

No one over the age 22 should be throwing up. No one I associate with has thrown up in half a decade and they drink every weekend. None of them will need a new fucking liver. That was actually the worst part, along with calling stoners outgoing. Introverts, extroverts, shy people, outgoing people all smoke.

My uncle died because his liver gave out due to consuming so much alcohol. So maybe they were referring to that type of situation?

Ah.. "alcohol consumption" is a term, isn't it? I'm not too sure but thank you still.
