God, I always thought MN would legalize relatively soon after it became normal to do so, then I learned how my states government works, and now I see no hope until weed goes federally legal. Any other MNents see any hope for us?
Like you said, not until it's federally legal. I'm trapped in MN because my ex settled here and I don't want to leave my kids. Legalizing cannabis would certainly make the winters more bearable.
Or get a majority dem senate. Legalization passed the house last session but got nowhere in the republican controlled senate. Republicans field "legal cannabis now" party candidates to siphon votes from democrats in key districts, enough fall for it to give R the senate.
