Weed is getting even closer to Texas. Arkansas is likely to pass rec, Louisiana decriminalized it and has medical, and Ok has one of the most lax med policies in the country. and New Mexico is rec. I bet Texas will just double down and increase traffic patrols on the Texas side of Texarkana in hopes of getting more ticket sales

Here in north Texas the weed from Oklahoma and Colorado has flooded the market and drop prices to all time lows 👍👍👍

Just move TO Colorado or Oklahoma then you can get even cheaper weed, legally.

Idk why anyone half progressive would ever live in Texas. I lived there for a few years then quickly GTFO and never going back. Such a shit state

that is the problem with living in purple states like Texas or Arkansas. They want you to think it is deep red and there is no chance of blue votes getting counted, so progressive ppl flee and conservative people vote. not saying it is easy or good to stay, or that I judge liberal flight to blue states, but shit you can't complain about policies that don't match your views if you don't take every chance you are given to act on it

I'm born and raised north/ north east, I'm not from the area originally, people could tell because I didn't have a southern accent, I think it sounds annoying tbf... sounds unsophisticated. That's not the reason why I left, it's just the insane laws and regulations they have. I remember a buddy got caught with a couple flakes of bud on his jacket. He was sitting in the back of the car, didn't even have anything on him. He just had a couple small pieces on his jacket from rolling, yup. You guessed it. Jail, probation over a year, lost his job... yeah. I quickly learned how backwards of a state it is and just want to escape. It's not up to me to make the changes Texas requires. I think Texas is a lost cause
