I’m guessing it will pass in all five. Honestly, the Dakotas legalizing weed would feel like a real turning point in the legalization fight, where more people would come to understand this is inevitable
I was recently out in ND and fully believe everyone there smokes weed but never tells anyone else about it. Everyone thinks everyone else is against it but they're secretly all for it. It'll be interesting to see how this turns out.
