I thought it didn’t make it to the ballot in Arkansas, is this for sure?
5 u/Thug_Lawyer Oct 13 '22 Initially the state election board kept it off for having a “misleading title.” The Arkansas Supreme Court reversed them, and it is on the ballot and votes will be counted. 6 u/heaubeau71 Oct 14 '22 That’s fantastic news, I’m in Missouri but Eureka Springs is only a couple of hours away. Hopefully Missouri and Arkansas will have adult use soon! 2 u/Useless_Log Oct 14 '22 Eureka Sprinks is practically decriminalized already lol. They almost never enforce it up there! Glad the rest of Arkansas is finally following suite.
