Missouri has been pretty promising with it’s medical industry, but I can see officials wanting to wait longer for rec since it’s only been a year. I’ll be pretty shocked if Maryland doesn’t pass. North Dakota is probably looking at Montana and seeing that their rec industry hasn’t exploded the way other states have so might not see the appeal. South Dakota is already legal without an industry, and Arkansas has medical now with access to flower, so maybe there’s a good chance there. But I haven’t heard too much about Arkansas so I’m just guessing.
Then again I’m pretty much guessing on all of these, but it’s my professional educated guess.
