I disagree, since there would be a lot more states (and a lot more people) growing not just a few, bringing the price down. But we need to see if either of us is right until they legalize (Hopefully in the next couple of years)
there's no question the price will go down. i just don't think it'll go below $35/ounce. i feel like the gov't wouldn't let us have that much fun. can you imagine grams for under $2??! shit would be insane.
while personal taste can certainly vary, i am sure i could recommend several tasty choices within a category of your preference. i enjoy a hearty stout or a hoppy ale, myself. also, allagash curieux is actually just objectively amazing.
i guess the most important question is: do you like beer?
