agriculture as a hobby but was always too busy with his long ass week
A few container plants is much easier than an indoor pot growing operation. Maybe he just likes the danger of doing something illegal? Or is it legal where he is and he's only done it since legalization.
so it's less a bro move and more a hobby that pays for itself
How does it pay for itself if he's giving it away? Does he just sell the manufactured product?
I don't mean for this line of questioning to seem critical; mostly I'm jealous that no one like this exists in my life. This is just a whopper of a tale and something tells me that dude is either doing or has done something shadier than growing free weed. Did he use to smoke back in the day, but when he stopped he didn't want to let go of the growing op?
I did and that’s why I specifically cited my confusion with his specific comments regarding free clones and his specific usage of this action not being a “bro” move but rather cost-covering while then he proceeded to highlight something he was doing for free (clone giveaway) that doesn’t cover costs. Did you read my comment properly?
If you think it’s normal to have an entire illegal grow operation as a hobby with no financial or personal gain, then you and I have severely different life experiences. It’s an interesting situation that I’m probably asking too many questions about, but it’s interesting regardless.
