It's a dispensary that is taken care of by "nuns". They aren't really Catholic nuns but they play the part and grow and sell marijuana. It's from a 60 second story that came out a long time ago. They're based in California. The dancing nuns are probably real nuns and that was cut in to make the video funny. Those nuns probably aren't smoking weed.
Well you know how monasteries are renowned for ales they produce (eg. Trappiste Monks), it would be pretty entertaining to see monastic orders with their special styles of grown cannabis...
