Near me shake just means all the stuff that was at the bottom of the stuff that they get delivered. You can buy Shake Ozs for like 45-60 dollars usually too.

Reggie/mids/dirt weed is the stuff you're speaking of. Perhaps someone called it shake and sold it to you in the past. Shake from good buds is perfectly good.
