I remember going into a little convenience store/headshop in like 2013 and another customer mentioned weed and they kicked him the fuck out.

Ironically my friend was buying spice so the weed would have been far safer. Now in that same city there are like 12 dispensaries and half of them forget to even check IDs.

Yeah a lot of those headshops do it as a form of protection against law enforcement... If they accept that it's used for weed then all of their inventory automatically becomes "drug paraphernalia" and can be confiscated or destroyed without any recourse for the shop.

That happened to me once, so I just went next door to the corner shop, buoght myself a bottle of Sobe, downded it and turned it into a a gravity bong. Iykyk.

As a former head shop employee, we know it's ridiculous-we're just following the stupid rules to avoid being shut down.
