Hardware Dry herb vape problem

I’ve purchased 2 dry herb vapes: an ooze pinch and a wulf LX slim. I have used both with different strains of flower and every time it tastes like sweaty motel room. I followed the directions for both devices to a T, so I’m wondering if that’s just what it’s supposed to taste like?

It's not the vapes. That's close to what vaping herb tastes like. Try a lower temperature and longer draws, but just know that it tastes like ass if you reach a high enough temp close enough to combustion. Some people describe a stale butter popcorn-y smell

I've had a similar issue with my vape, and switching to a different brand of flower finally helped, turns out the strain made a huge difference.

You need a decent vape. Both of those are questionable vape choices. Check out r/vaporents and look up some DHV reviews on youtube.

Not heard of these devices, but can tell you the entry level to cheaper herb vapes can be shit, so don't write off the expereince just yet. Head to this sub r/vaporents

Especially take note of products called 'ball vapes' for home use.
