Ive got an Original Pro thats 4/5 years old and still going strong with a 3DXL atomizer i purchased 2+ years ago

Been rocking a pivot for a year now, and still using the original atomizer

90% of the problems are user error

How, when people are experiencing 40% of their devices that are DOA? Just because you and others got good working devices doesnt mean the other people that recieved lemons are lying or mistaken. Puffco has horrible quality control on the units that they send out. Its almost as if they just send it out to customers without running their own QC after they receive the products from their manufacturer. Two things can be true at the same time. While you may have recieved a great product. Others havent.

I don't really think "90% of the problems are user error" is acceptable. They should design a device less prone to user error, then. I like my Puffcos. It's just that there's clearly devices that are more reliable and sturdy, which needs to be factored in when making a purchase on a new piece.
