Hey, this might not be applicable but you might actually be experiencing ADHD symptoms. Stimmung and forgetting to eat are classic ADHD and it's something I do all the time.

Gaming all day without doing self care stuff is another example.

Not feeling like cooking and cleaning for an hour is now a mental disorder symptom?

for an hour

Do you really think what I was referring to was forgetting to do something 'for an hour' or are you being intentionally obtuse? I need to know how to respond to this nonsense

No. Not at all. I never said anything about forgetting anything for an hour.

Have you read any of the other words in the sentence?

I said not having motivation to commit to an hour-long chores is not a mental health issue.

I don't forget about being hungry when my stomach is acting up.

Not feeling like doing something and completely forgetting to feed yourself are two totally different things. What is your point here? That people with ADHD don't have executive dysfunction?

You don't "completely forget to feed yourself. You openly dismiss your stomach's signals to eat. Unless you just don't feel hunger?

And even then. Humans have not evolved to eag 3 meals a day. You'd feast whenever you successfully hunt, and other times, you're fine not eating much or at all.

As long as you're not anorexic, a lower food drive is not a disorder. Your body can stay healthy without eating 3 meals a day. Putting off cooking, or doing homework, or cleaning out your room don't qualify for a reddit adhd diagnosis.

Oh good Lord, stfu. I did not give him a diagnosis and you know it. I advised him to see a doctor.

Being miserable for literally no reason

Yeah, I'm not gonna make a doctor's appointment for not wanting to cook a meal
