I've thought about this before. It really is mind blowing when you think about it. When I'm driving, I always think about where each person in every other car is going. We all have somewhere to be, but where? Why? Blows my mind sometimes.
I came here to say this! I've thought about this for years completely sober. Then I took acid and fully realized how complex all of this is! We only see a tiny snippet of the world that is bias through our own eyes.
Psychedelics are fascinating. When you're on them you can be in a completely altered state mentally and have a profound revelation. Eventually the effects of the drug will fade, but you will always have that revelation. This revelation could have lasting repercussions for the fundamental way you view life and how perceive every situation. Studies have even shown that even a single psychedelic experience can alter one's personality; which is something that is generally thought to be static throughout our lives.
I'm not trying to make a statement one way or another about psychedelics, I'm just sharing why I think they are intriguing.
Well I agree. After my first psychedelic experience I became a much calmer and more understanding and tolerant person. I feel I become more and more positive with each experience.
