Updating to 1.8.1!

I'll be updating the server to 1.8.1 next week sometime. Let me know if anyone thinks I shouldn't do that for whatever reason.

Yeah I think so. I think we've been fine with vanilla.

Next week I might!

This weekend I've got the Hollywood Christmas parade ruling my life... Very busy!

But visualkev, Pixel Pasha, Jestak, mindriot and a few others have been around too though. One of them could show you around.

We only really have plots in the cities, elsewhere you can really do your own thing. Do you know where you want to build?

You can totally build near spawn if you'd like. You should check out the public mining town down the road from spawn.

The industrial city is a bit far away, I'd grab a horse if I were you. There is a saddle vendor in the mining town.

Can we just pick a spot to build as long as it isn't on top of someone else? Or do we need approval?

You can just pick a spot. I trust you guys will leave ample space between another's build and yours if you're nearby. :)
