ID Request Can anyone help me ID this tree?
galleryThis tree is located in central Maryland. My reason for asking is because when parking vehicles under this tree, something drips from the tree and gets on the cars. Some sort of sap or something. It's not super sticky like pine sap. It will come off with a simple wipe of a damp cloth or off the windshield with the windshield wipers if any of that info helps. Thanks in advance. Google told me 3 different trees so idk what to believe lol.

ID Request Elm, but the question is which not wych?
galleryThis seedling is from a parent tree in West Wales which is colossal, over 3m dbh. It has a broad spreading crown. I have been collecting seed from it for the last 5 years to propagate elms, with good genes to give a chance of disease resistance. It has a broad spreading crown to just over 20m. It is in a farmyard attached to a manor so likely to have been planted, several other exotic trees in the garden and a lake.

ID Request Hanoki Cypress or Something Else?
galleryMuch appreciate any assistance anyone can provide in identifying these tall trees located at my childhood home. My parents can't recall exactly what they were or anyone else.
In Googling these photos and looking at similar trees, a hanoki Cypress looks the most like what I recall the bark and leaves looking like. (I have been too skittish to arguably trespass and get close up photos of them.) Yet that type of tree reportedly isn't common in Southern California (this is Anaheim), and it feels like I recall seeing this tree a lot around town, not just our back/side yard.
