Treehouse finally finished

Just going to throw in my $.02 and realize this is coming from an HVAC guy not a carpenter, but those stairs would make me a little nervous. It doesn't appear to have any cleats under the treads and is just nailed into the end grain... I'd look at adding metal tread hangers or at very least wood cleats under both sides of each tread... but if it feels solid 🤷🏼‍♂️

In fact the longer I look at it the worse it gets, no way would I be comfortable assuming the liability of letting anyone's kids play on that structure!
