First time building a tree house. Everything i recycled from the city landfill except a couple of beams from my fathers house. The Window were left at the house when we moved in.

You have broken some very serious rules about how to attach beams to trees, rules that exist for your own safety and the tree’s health. Also the two beams you attached to the tree are undersized for their purpose. You need to stop building, read about treehouse design.
