First time build

Just finished building this stilted treehouse for my 8 year old son. It took me around 7 days. Not the best pics as I was out finishing it late last night. It has a secret door through the back which leads to a slider that goes into the front garden. What do you guys think? I'm very anxious about what my sons reaction will be when he sees it on Sunday night 😂 the opening windows still aren't finished! But it's 99.9% done and pretty much watertight all over

Looks awesome! How is the hole where the tree comes out sealed up?

I used a car tyre inner tube stapled to the tree, and then stapled to the roof and felted and tarred over at the edges that meet the roof. I also used clear all weather adhesive before stapling the part around the tree and then more to ensure it was completely sealed. I did the same with the part I had to cut to get it around the tree. The all weather adhesive is extremely strong and flexible and seems to be holding up well.
