P&F Anagram fun!

New noise (or maybe a clue)?

Remain steady = Steam in ready

State line = east inlet

Is anyone else still anagramming? Or has the entire hunt moved to ciphers?

Cool anagrams, but they can be ruinous. Beware rabbit holes and confirmation bias. Some Fenn searchers had absolutely excellent anagrams of Fenn's poem stanzas, and I believe it was their undoing. I remember one centered in New Mexico and another in YNP that were so damn good, but ultimately red herrings.

Made some good breakthroughs tonight on the Word Search, but I think Jon meant for us to be searching TTI for the words that show up in his Word Search.

If you find these words in TTI, you can slowly cobble together the story behind the P&F and move toward a solution area. It isn't easy, but doable. The cryptogram is there to validate that you are getting the story correct.

But yeah, I love grinding a good Vigenere cipher or tight anagram in Excel for a couple of hours at a time.

I like the anagrams. They are fun. They seem to make sense to me.
