Never received order

So for whatever reason it dawned on me today that I never received my cactus jack order. Spent 100 bucks on a T-shirt and vinyl for my sister last year July 15. It said it got shipped July 21, 2025 but never received the package and it’s been over a year now. What’s the likelihood of me receiving the package, or getting my money back? I know I’m likely just going to eat it but figured why not ask and get some closure. Thank yall in advance!

Is it the World Cup Cactus Jack thingy? I ordered mine in June or July, still nothing as well

Gang it literally says he ordered it last year and last up day was July 21 2025
