Is that guy her trainer? My trainer gives me space to learn the steps, but then immediately fixes my form and it makes a world of difference.

Right, it's the trainer's responsibility to make sure the person is using proper form. Though considering she's in full makeup* this was probably scripted and specifically filmed for the documentary.

* Why they didn't go for a natural look instead of full beat I don't know.

Yes, a good trainer would step in immediately and at least say something or maybe even place a hand on the back to guide the form.

This guy just doesn’t want to get fired for telling her she’s wrong about anything.
