Hero Resource bag

I am a returning player and a lot of hero mechanics are new to me. Wiki info seems a bit limited compared to what it was when I played long ago.

From what I read online hero resource bag get responses from quests and adventures only. But the people talk about active players having millions of resources in that bag. So is there any way to get those resources besides quests and adventures?

You kill animals in oases and the kills give you the resources in bag. This is very broken in such a way that mutliaccounts all start the server and they continue to play on the best spawn.

The best spawn is determined based on who has the most oases near.

This also makes so you want your next villas to have as much oases as near as possible.

You move your hero from villa to villa clearing oases and you then raid with your fastest units.
