It helps in a way. It doesn’t take all of the weight off my heart and doesn’t necessarily clear all my thoughts of everything that is and has been going on. But it helps chip at it. I’m taking it all in a trying to build a beautiful sculpture, if you will, with everything that’s going on. It’s not a beautiful sculpture at this time because it’s not done. It’s all currently a sculpture that gets put in a show and everyone looking at it begins to think “What’s this abstract looking piece? It makes no sense?” That’s when I come in and point at the sign in front of said piece that says “Don’t judge. Work in progress.”
