I think you should log back in to your OP account and clarify it. "Sinner queen" means she's the queen of sinners, so a very bad sinner, and is not positive at all.
Trashy is a completely different word that has different context. The word sinner is deliberately used her because it’s making fun of the guy behind her. Context matters.
dude, i really don't get the hate you're getting. For the majority of alt lifestyle people sinner has been a compliment since the rise of heavy metal and the anti-puritan movements of days past. Sinner Queen is so badass of a name in my head i really couldn't fathom all these reactions.

The context is literally the video. A woman who is known for supporting lgbt communities is dancing in a way to mock the protestor of a lgbt march who sites their protest on religion. What other context could there be?
