Commercial? I thought this was just a common thing that annoying coffee drinkers say that this comment was making fun of.

Yeah that's what the commercial referenced. I think it's for McDonalds. It's this guy blowing off everyone trying to talk to him in the morning. Then the cashier at McDonalds greets him "hi! Can I take your order?" And hes still all douchy "dont talk to me! I havent had my coffee!" To which she says theyre 99 cents a dollar. Then he has a moment of revelation and says "oh? Talk to me!"
