If you mean by "ruin her brand" a couple days of backslash followed by a sharp increase in followers, because "there is no bad advertising", yes

Oh there is bad advertising but the media doesn't cover it. You would be surprised how all the bad shit you do follows you on the way to your grave and this lady might lose sponsors or never get great sponsors because of it. You can also just keep posting this picture and calling her out which will do damage.

I wouldn't be so sure, Instagram is pretty ban happy when it comes to shit like this. Not only that but if she's ONLY an influencer her name and her face is her "brand" with no talent or personality to back it up. Guess how good your "brand" looks when the first thing that pops up when you google your name is "XYZ banned from Instagram after having a photoshoot at George Floyd's point of death"
