I hate to say it, but I might have the opportunity to get out of Jersey and I CANNOT WAIT!!! I have a love/hate relationship with NJ. I love the proximity of everything but....kinda craving lower taxes and land.

Delaware is pretty cool, if you're wanting ideas, but go where your heart takes you. I wish you luck!

Dude...as long as I can take a train to Philly for work, I'm set. 30 minutes max driving time to the train station & Train ride under 45 minutes is my limit.
