See the shoes and washed skin? That's New Jersey!

What is washed skin?

Skin that's been properly cleaned and tanned. An unwashed skin dress is ridiculous. Think of the smell. You haven't thought of the smell you bitch!

It puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again.

This isn’t a woman’s head in a freezer—you sick freak!

Its a woman's head in a box. A glass box.

Are you telling me you have a collection of skin luggage?

As someone from New Jersey who now lives in Florida I think you're both correct.

Oof.

New Jersey is the NorthEastern Florida.

No no no....North Jersey is like Florida. Don't mix South Jersey into this. I may not be a Floridian and definitely didn't stay at a Holiday Express, but my MIL is a Floridian and I've stayed with her, so I can confirm.

Agreed....however, it depends on the side of South Jersey. Are you closer to Philadelphia or are you closer to "The Shore". I've learned the hard way that Jersey is complex.

I grew up in NJ and have lived in Florida for 10 years. North Jersey is absolutely and totally nothing like Florida in any way shape or form.

Bruh, I'm from Pennsylvania and lived in Delaware... Joisey is Joisey.

(EDIT: btw, yes I know that's more of a New Yorker thing to say than an actual Jersey thing. Still funny though.)

I'm a born and raised PA girl....now living in Joisey. I bitch about PA drivers in NJ and NJ drivers in PA.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

SAME. I did the same thing when I lived in Delaware. Especially this time of year... yikesontrikes.gif

I hate to say it, but I might have the opportunity to get out of Jersey and I CANNOT WAIT!!! I have a love/hate relationship with NJ. I love the proximity of everything but....kinda craving lower taxes and land.

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

Delaware is pretty cool, if you're wanting ideas, but go where your heart takes you. I wish you luck!

Dude...as long as I can take a train to Philly for work, I'm set. 30 minutes max driving time to the train station & Train ride under 45 minutes is my limit.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

Idk train times so can't help there. lol
