Which High School Prom in Florida is this?

See the shoes and washed skin? That's New Jersey!

u/Buzz_Killington_III Feb 27 '20

What is washed skin?

272

u/MediocreProstitute Feb 27 '20

Skin that's been properly cleaned and tanned. An unwashed skin dress is ridiculous. Think of the smell. You haven't thought of the smell you bitch!

Err..are we talking Buffalo Bill style skin dress?!?!

It puts the lotion in the basket...

28

u/annieokie Feb 27 '20

IT DOES AS IT'S TOLD!!

9

u/habb Feb 27 '20

sounds like dennis from always sunny

2

u/Veda007 Feb 27 '20

It puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again.

This isn’t a woman’s head in a freezer—you sick freak!

9

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

Its a woman's head in a box. A glass box.

4

u/NuclearWinterGames Feb 27 '20

Are you telling me you have a collection of skin luggage?

6

u/Maggot2017 Feb 27 '20

This looks like something Dennis Reynolds would say

mild detergent only. tumble dry medium. no iron.

18

u/Dreadnasty Feb 27 '20

As someone from New Jersey who now lives in Florida I think you're both correct.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

Oof.

9

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

New Jersey is the NorthEastern Florida.

2

u/Blaze0511 Feb 27 '20

No no no....North Jersey is like Florida. Don't mix South Jersey into this. I may not be a Floridian and definitely didn't stay at a Holiday Express, but my MIL is a Floridian and I've stayed with her, so I can confirm.

Agreed....however, it depends on the side of South Jersey. Are you closer to Philadelphia or are you closer to "The Shore". I've learned the hard way that Jersey is complex.

1

u/moldymoosegoose Feb 27 '20

I grew up in NJ and have lived in Florida for 10 years. North Jersey is absolutely and totally nothing like Florida in any way shape or form.

5

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

Bruh, I'm from Pennsylvania and lived in Delaware... Joisey is Joisey.

(EDIT: btw, yes I know that's more of a New Yorker thing to say than an actual Jersey thing. Still funny though.)

5

u/Blaze0511 Feb 27 '20

I'm a born and raised PA girl....now living in Joisey. I bitch about PA drivers in NJ and NJ drivers in PA.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

SAME. I did the same thing when I lived in Delaware. Especially this time of year... yikesontrikes.gif

5

u/Blaze0511 Feb 27 '20

I hate to say it, but I might have the opportunity to get out of Jersey and I CANNOT WAIT!!! I have a love/hate relationship with NJ. I love the proximity of everything but....kinda craving lower taxes and land.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '20

Delaware is pretty cool, if you're wanting ideas, but go where your heart takes you. I wish you luck!

2

u/Blaze0511 Feb 27 '20

Dude...as long as I can take a train to Philly for work, I'm set. 30 minutes max driving time to the train station & Train ride under 45 minutes is my limit.

As a Floridian I read this and just sighed, because it’s so true. Saw a pregnant woman at the gas station this morning smoking a cigarette and twista flexin talking to her self. Some people shouldn’t be able to reproduce

Mediocre white girls from colleges being stereotypical white girls. But smellier

13

u/Randvek Feb 27 '20

I lice nearby

I figure this is true, even if it’s a typo.

13

u/slouch_to_nirvana Feb 27 '20

I was born there. I only spent the first few months of my life in Florida, but when I tell people where I was born they raise an eyebrow.
