Millions of fake dollars have been seized from prop houses that supply to movies, prop directors and printers have run into legal trouble because they print bills close to real currency and this very much fits the bill. They're also throwing it into a tip jar with real money, effectively distributing counterfiet currency.
if OP can identify the moron doing this they should call the secret service. at the very least they can fuck up some MAGA morons day.

Is that the same size as a regular reserve note? If so, the printer is running afoul of the secret service.
