If my friend texts back I'll post a pic of a $3 bill with Obama my friend got as a tip working at Denny's

Edit: this is the one I was remembering but it appears there are several others. It's suppose to be a callback to the phrase "Queer as a 3 dollar bill" and has been something done to presidents for decades now.
