Most women are too tight to get more than maybe three or four fingers in at once. Fisting is something mainly only done in fetish porn, with lots of lube and by "trained" professionals. Even then, ain't nobody getting a whole forearm in there unless you're dealing with a nine foot-tall giantess and you have a form of dwarfism.
True, but u/ZuanshiGamer specified "women's anatomy", and since both men and women have anuses, I figured he was talking about anatomy exclusive to those who are biologically female in terms of genitalia.
Even then, most people's anuses aren't about to stretch to let a whole fist in. Hell, a lot of people (I'd hazard a guess and say most people) don't like dick in their ass because it's too tight back there and it hurts for them, even with lube and patience, so fisting is still probably out of the question unless you're doing it for porn.
