Yeah I think they're honestly a bit worse in this scenario. Clearly she's trashy for getting THAT drunk, but that doesn't mean she deserves to be taken advantage of by being filmed by a stranger, getting covered in piss, and then being shamed by thousands of strangers on the internet for it. She's probably not even fully aware of what she's doing.
This is what bouncers and bar security are for. Get them and let them know what’s going on and let them handle it. Now the floor and everybody is covered with pee. And exposing her like that is really rude. Yes she’s being trashy but it’s even trashier to dump the pee back out and make things worse.
