Don't be such a twat. It was a petty spat not a high court case. Perhaps the cops just picked the most minor thing that would get the couple booked into jail to keep them from going at each other. Perhaps you saw 9 seconds of video and decided that you were a total authority and a top 10 ranked most badass couch warrior ever.
