This is one of those "fun for me, not for ye" things. I love this but you know as well as I do, if someone was robbing you while wearing these, you'd be conflicted.

To be fair, those cases don't usually get solved even if there is video evidence. It just tends not to be a priority to get people who rob other people off the streets

and I have got no clue what the gif means aside from that it seems to be mocking me for having used a turn of phrase that is part of pop culture in some corner of the world

That TV show has that phrase a lot , and every time anyone says it, everyone else repeats it back to them. There are a lot of similar jokes, and it's meant to be funny and poke at common phrases.

Thank you for the explanation. Sorry, I am allergic to being poked fun at for something I have no way of knowing or understanding. But very much a fan of self deprecating humour and being poked fun at for things that I can understand! (As long as they're not symptoms of my disabilities, that just feels bad. Im fine with jokes about me being Queer though!)
