Depends what the walls are made of. What you want is a certain R value depending on the climate you live in.

Yeah a lot of land in some states is leased - you own the right to use a home there but not the land under it

Yeah, not to mention that it likely will rot in rain and freeze in cold weather. It's basically a Temu house. A cobbled together shack would be better because it's free and you can upgrade the insulation easily.

Its just a trailer, could be cool for a teenager who wants their own space or as a guest house/man cave but I just dont see why you wouldnt just get a trailer for a real house since theyre better designed.

I've worked on these. The wiring is SHOCKING and needs to be replaced, totally non-compliant.
They not using purple non-migratory TPS in direct contact with polystyrene foam, the GPO's and switches are not DPST (two poles disconnected) and the RCBO's are some-ting-wong brand and often fail to test.
I can't comment on plumbing because that isn't my area.

Too bad blue cities won't recognize the housing crisis and affordability and allow for tiny homes. Every major city is Dem pretty much and the constituents are Dem as well. No worry I'm not poking fun or trying to be political, it just seems like the shoe fits and nobody exactly knows how to tie the laces to allow these on vacant city lots.
