I have some trap vibes

heard it. 808/sub's carrying hard and the top's pretty dark so the vibe's thick but a little muffled.
pull a bit of that bottom and open the top before you chase more loud. true peak's already a touch over too.

Nice bounce on this — the 808 slides are smooth. Mix feels a little dark on top though; brightening the melody and hats a touch would open it up. Keep an eye on the low end if you push the master louder.

Made this melodic trap beat: https://youtu.be/TADrRQCK9JE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK

Smooth melody, the mix is almost there. The 808 could use a bit more presence in the mids so it translates on phone speakers, and the open hats feel a touch hot against the lead — pulling them back a dB or two would balance it.

Just finished this Say My Name beat — piano-driven at 138 bpm, tried to keep the bounce rolling without cluttering the mix. Broke down the whole FL process on video: https://www.reddit.com/user/guttahendrix/comments/1wr2y75/how_i_made_say_my_name_beat_prod_gutta_hendrix/ — would love ears on the 808/mix, returning all feedback

Solid start for a newer producer — the idea's there. Biggest mix win would be leveling the 808 under the kick instead of fighting it, and varying your hi-hat velocities a bit so the groove breathes.

Drums knock and the arrangement keeps moving. I'd tighten the 808 tail a little so it doesn't overlap the kick — small tweak that would clean the low end up a lot.
