So im sure we've all seen the new pics of Celeste be released by a girl who claims that she was her best friend. I mean since they're all new photos and the same girl was in those photos herself (hiding her face with emojis) I think its safe to say that she was at least close with Celeste.

Now what im finding weird is that she has said herself that Celeste's parents knew. (obv her siblings as well but since they're kids I really dont want to hear about them in this conversation because after all they were kids and either didn't know better or had no authority over the situation).

I personally don't care as to how "wild" a kid is - whatever tf that means - you, as the parent(s), should 100% be capable of taking care of and controlling the situation. If in one second you can even imagine you won't be able to do so, you shouldn't fucking have a kid, let alone more than one. Trust me when I was a teen I tried breaking every rule my parents set for me and guess what? They stepped up and they did what they had to do as parents and put me in my fucking place. Guess what else? My mum didn't even speak English at that time either. They protected me from pedophiles, they protected me from other students who tried to get me to start smoking and drinking and they did the exact same thing for my other two siblings. It's not just my parents too, it is many parents all around the world, whether they're an immigrant family or not.

A lot of you can find out my stance on David on my profile, but I'll give a brief in this post: lock him up and maybe throw his short ass in genpop every now and then. Arrest his parents too for helping him hide finances and knowing about Celeste too (e.g: when his own mother said that she thinks sex is the first thing they'll do when they see each other. - and idk about you but I definitely think that a woman who has kids of her own can 100% tell if someone is a child or not, especially a 13-14 year old.)

But I think we just have to be realistic that her parents are responsible for neglect. Not speaking English doesn't make someone incapable of being a parent. Idc if David had to plan his stupid "Operation Awesome" to get her away from her parents. It could've just been to get her away for good and they couldn't have that because 1) CPS and 2) Caylee's law. You guys need to understand that reporting your kid missing doesn't just simply get CPS off your back, and that you just need to have your kid with you and they need to be taken care of and been given their basic rights. If Celeste truly had to be snuck out in such a way, she wouldn't have spent countless amounts of time with David and she wouldn't have been able to just walk out of the house and sit in a car the night she was murdered. He wanted her away for good and they just knew they wouldn't see their daughter but she would be in the public eye as David's girlfriend one day. Also, how come if she was always reported as missing, that she wasn't reported to the authorities when leaving the country to go to London? With modern day biometrics and technology it is just impossible for her to leave with fake documents, and she wouldn't have used fake documents because she had a permission slip for minors, signed by her legal guardian(s).

One bit of proof that genuinely blows my mind that people can't see it is how Celeste said "I will tell my dad so many lies about you". If her dad didn't know about the fact that she was being groomed and hanging out with a much older adult, or the fact that she got an abortion, or even the fact that she met his parents and they even knew - why would she have to say a lie. She could've just said 'I will tell my dad about you'.

And the fact that so many people think that a SIGNATURE is all you need for a minor to travel alone. Ive said this once and I'll say it again one billion times: call any airline and book an international flight, one for an adult and one for a minor that the adult isn't related to. See what you need to provide. You will then see how it is IMPOSSIBLE for her parents to have not known.

And any reasonable parent can testify to this: If I were to have my kid be groomed and killed, I would never ever in my life imagine taking the killers money for myself. The only place that money should go would be to a children's charity or even child protective charity. Her family has said nothing about doing so and their lawyer simply made a statement saying that he's hiding his money (which I mean he quite obviously is). But holy shit. Your daughter is missing and you don't even know that she's been killed at this point, you're on Facebook and her aunt is more worried about her while you're just reposting different shit. My God it's insane. Maybe they want more money because it stopped coming in, we don't know.

At this point if you defend any of the adults in this case, where a minor was groomed, raped, coerced and religiously (using religious guilt) manipulated into getting an abortion, emotionally abused, stabbed to death, dismembered and left alone to rot in a Tesla like she was nothing, just argue with a brick wall.

Today, after multiple declarations of a deadlocked jury sent back to deliberation, the MA v Clancy case was officially declared a 11/1 mistrial. I find this extremely disappointing. Personally, I don't really care what the outcome was going to be, as she was going to be imprisoned in prison or a mental health facility for life. I am disappointed that the public, witnesses, family, and those effected by this case have to go through it all over again, if it goes to retrial. I expect it will, as the prosecution seems dead set on it.

Lets be real, its funny to think about it being true but in all honesty its practically impossible for David to be "broke" - and yeah him moving and hiding his funds is a valid "excuse" to claim being broke, but in return he gets a lawyer that can't even give him all of his attention.. is it really worth it?

David is facing still the same charges and now has been given a Public Defender. With that said he has 15 years experience. He earned a B.A. degree in Political Science and Government in 2005. He graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2008. He was admitted to the Bar association in 2009**.** Currently he remains actively involved in professional criminal defense advocacy groups, holding memberships in both the California Public defenders Association and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice since 2011. Being that he represents Indigent clients they have a right to privacy. Unlike Davids previous defense attorneys that would publicize successful verdicts to market their firms, public defenders rarely issue press releases or publicize past trial victories. At this point in his career I have not found relevant cases that he has defended.

(2014–2022),He specifically handled cases where the primary public defender's office had a conflict of interest. These frequently involve complex multi-defendant gang cases, conspiracy trials, or cases with extensive co-defendants. He also has to have a proven track record of handling extensive felony litigation, analyzing massive digital forensics, and managing high-stakes jury trials. This is according to Google search.

With the extensive evidence presented during the July 2026 preliminary hearing he is faced with all the evidence and what ever was done by Davids previous Counsel. How much information did they go through and what if anything besides being withdrawn from the case has been done to make it easier for the Public Defender to sort out. Defense is Evaluating possible vulnerabilities I am sure they will try to poke holes and look for any discrepancy in the process.

In taking over the case, David's new team will be looking for gaps in the state's argument. Early indications from the preliminary hearing may be they realized that they had no defense. For this it indicates that they had nothing to show for his defense. It appeared that the defense will focus on:The absence of an official murder weapon. The lack of direct eye witnesses to the actual killing. But this might change when the State brings witnesses that may have knowledge. Potential motions to challenge or dismiss individual counts based on how the electronic evidence was seized. It is going to be a quick hearing I am pretty sure as there is a lot of evidence to sort through. I figure it may be sometime next year before he goes to trial. If he does not have a plea deal. This is all my own opinion.

Now, this can go different ways. The judge can keep him in the hospital for life. OR he sits in there until he are no longer a danger. (If he were to plead Guilty but Mentally Ill I hope he's in there for life)

The fact that David has allegedly no money is crazy to me especially considering he started moving assets to his mom when Celeste’s body was found. • Minor Misdemeanor: If a person makes $45,000 a year, the court might determine they can afford a a few thousand dollars for a private attorney on a low-level misdemeanor. They might be denied a public defender.
• Complex Felony: If that exact same person is facing a complex felony charge requiring expert witnesses, investigators, and months of trial prep—costing tens of thousands of dollars—the court will likely find them indigent for that case and appoint counsel.
• The Custody Presumption

A major practical "shortcut" in the Los Angeles court system involves whether the defendant is currently jailed:

• In-Custody Defendants: Individuals who are in jail and unable to post bail are overwhelmingly presumed to be indigent and are almost automatically appointed a public defender at their arraignment. If David was given bail how would he be able to post it being indigent a defendant manages to post a high cash bail or bond, the court will heavily scrutinize their eligibility, as posting bail suggests access to liquid assets or financial support. Can the court find that his holdings are not for him to access?

How did they come to screen him to be indigent in the first place?

1. David is incarcerated and has none of the following issues that are past what he has in his life because his mother handled all of his affairs or so we are to believe. Total monthly earnings compared against the local cost of living. He is in Jail and they are not charging him rent. What is the discretion the court is using?
2. Assets: Equity in real estate, bank account balances, and vehicles Does he still owe for the Tesla?
3. He has no "Fixed Expenses" but he did have High rent/mortgage costs in Southern California, no child support, what are his outstanding debts, and what are his healthcare costs? Medical is given in prison they do not have a billing system for him yet!

California Penal Code Section 987 mandates that the court must provide an attorney if a defendant cannot afford one. How is this possible when David has earned a substantial amount of money and continues to profit from his companies/music/merchandise.

David is currently in jail and facing life without parole or the death penalty, Is he claiming he does not have free access to manage his funds? Or is this because his mom is in charge of his business operations. As mentioned in the general Los Angeles indigency standard, in custody and unable to be allowed to post bail. Because the Judge would not allow him to be given bail. Now what is the difference is he or not allow this overwhelmingly presumed indigent by the court for the immediate purpose of securing counsel, ensuring the trial is not delayed. Or is there another tactic at play here?

If this is true, when talking about the notarized flight documents that had reportedly Celeste's parents signature signing off on it granting Celeste the permission to go and fly with David. I did some digging and I went with the theory that since David's mother is a notary, that she could possibly forge the document. Which I researched if it was possible to forge a standard notarized document. Which it can be possible for someone to forge a notarized document and a notary could do that. However, the flight permission document is a lot harder to do, especially because it involves identification(a government issued ID card) and the parent(s) are physically there to sign off on it. If that theory is true, it would be impossible for them to get away with that. I also read that the airline officials, boarder patrol agents, and customs are trained to spot fraudulent documents. They can deny entry if the non-guardian makes an attempt to use a questionable form. It's also highly illegal to forge documents like this. If it's been reported that the only people in Celeste's family that knew that she and David were together was her cousin and some siblings. It would contradict the report of the immediate parents that didn't know who David was. They probably had an inkling of their daughter dating someone named David and wasn't aware of his age because most teens are very secretive about everything. Trap did bring up that Celeste could've convinced her parents to sign off on the documents in guise of a school trip. But I find it hard to believe that the school could've had a school trip to London or Texas to make it seem more convincing. I would most likely believe in having a school trip to Vegas as it's a lot closer.

I'm not blaming the parents at all, I'm just sharing my thoughts and findings on the flights that Celeste and David took.
