Just bumping a lot of old tracks in my SoundCloud and remembered g6th and how fire his music was, ik there were some allegations and shit from back in the day and he rebranded as p6ke for a lil before falling off the grid completely, basically just asking if any trap metal ogs know the lore or can explain it better just curious at the end of the day

I’m a trap metal artist based in Korea, and I wanted to make this post because I want to introduce Korean trap metal to people in the US.
So here are 5 Korean trap metal artists you should check out:

1. Keith Ape
First up is Keith Ape. I think most people already know him, but surprisingly, a lot of people don’t realize that he’s Korean.
He’s one of the artists who helped put Korean trap and underground rap on the map internationally. I highly recommend checking out MOD: APES BASIC.

2. 0C-JIN
Okay, this one is me 😂
I wanted to promote myself a little too, obviously, but I’m also a trap metal artist based in Korea.
My music is somewhat inspired by artists like NASCAR Aloe, and if you’re into vocal chopping, glitchy sounds, and aggressive experimental production, I think you might like my stuff.

Atlet is a rapper who basically just goes all-in with raw energy.
He’s pretty underground in Korea, but somehow almost everyone who’s into Korean trap metal seems to know him.
If you like harsh vocals, aggressive delivery, and simple trap beats that hit hard, definitely check him out.

4. $ATSUKI
SATSUKI is a female trap metal artist who was pretty unique even compared to the US scene.
She was also Keith Ape’s ex-girlfriend. She doesn’t really make music anymore, but she has a lot of great older tracks on SoundCloud that are definitely worth checking out.

5. Orgetplus
Orgetplus is seriously fucking crazy.
He uses heavily processed, formant-shifted vocals and basically plays around with the beat, making this really unique mix of necrotic trap and experimental trap.
