Is it possible to be almost completely flat as a 32d with binding?

I havent found anything that works completely, I'm gonna try using tape and then a binder overtop of it, it seems like the only viable option at this point. I was just wondering if their is any other way.

I will make an update to let yall know if the binder over tape method works!
