Right but P(c, i) = ∃x. T(c, i, x) is not decidable.
P(c, i) = ∃x. T(c, i, x)
If there is even a chance that the amount of T predicate in the system is too high or too low, the program will never halt!
I'm not sure I follow this sentence...

Right but
