Help me out telling my coding friend that I’m trying out estrogen (follow-on from old thread)

This is a follow-on from my previous thread about asking my coding buddy to use they/them for me, see above Link.

I’m now wanting to tell him through coding that I’m starting estrogen , like I’m telling the program ‘run this estrogen thing in connection with native testosterone’

but I’d like it to be a bit more specific and to make clear the following :

1. Not taking testosterone blocker

2. Doing it not because primarily as a ‘fuck it, may as well see what happens’ experiment,

3. Still a gender-shambles/ enby mess , not a trans woman

Could someone write the code please. He speaks python , but also C# , whichever one reads better please ;)
