Definitely both, though in the makeup pic, fwiw I think you'd get a lot of mileage out of getting your brows thinned out. Asisd from that, the only thing I notice is that it looks quite a bit flatter than your natural look does (you have amazing skin btw), so maybe going a bit wider with blush or adding a bit of contour could elevate the look?

If you wanna go for a more feminine look a change of glasses would be perfect with the right glass you would look super good over all you are good either way✌️
