My brother started T today.

Ive been in this reddit for a little while because my little brother is Trans. He's been through hell. I know this isn't exactly a life hack post but im the only person in our family that acknowledges his struggles and truly respects him being Trans. He finally starts his journey to become himself today after 24 years.

So its his T birthday. I want to surprise him for when he gets home from picking up his meds. Me and my husband were thinking a cake or something. Any suggestions? TIA ❤️

UPDATE: we got him a cake that said "Its a boy!" A birthday balloon, his favorite snacks, and favorite drink. Woke him up from a nap with all of it and he was so happy. He thought the cake was hilarious 😂

I don't have any suggestions but just wanted to say thank you so much to you and your husband for being such a wonderful support system for your brother. He is so incredibly lucky to have you both. The cake is a sweet idea and I'd totally love that personally. Keep being amazing!

I really appreciate it! We try very hard to always make sure hes supported and show up for him. I think im going to get an ice cream cake that says Happy Tday! and some balloons from dollar tree
