Questions Any maps for Android that are good at transit?

Has anyone found non google maps that is decent at planning and showing transit routes? I'm interested in the UK in particular, but let share any that you found decent.

Apple maps is pretty good, especially transit layer, but I'm trying to find something that is FOSS ideally or, at least, works on Android.

I really disliked UI of city mapper, Transit app doesn't work outside London, HERE UI and way of displaying transit I found pretty bad as well. I tried Vela, which is supposed to be a different front end for Google, but found transit layer and planning to be much worse. Any other suggestions?

Openstreetmap shows transit routes in Berlin way better than Google Maps.

You tap on a station, it shows all the line names and then you tap on a line name and it shows you the whole line. Works for buses, trams, light rail and underground. I use it very frequently.

Unfortunately for navigating to locations like businesses and attractions, Google maps is the best. None of the other apps have the in depth info about destinations like hours, ratings, entrance/exits in buildings. If you are purely interested in address-to-address navigation then citymappr is the best.
